OCRINT hosts an annual symposium where service providers, researchers, community members, policy makers and people with lived experience come together and collaborate to discuss and shape the current and future direction of substance use research, priorities and policy.
Upcoming OCRINT Symposium
Our next OCRINT symposium will be held on Septemeber 10th, from 9:00am - 4:30pm. This is a free event, and breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be served, however you must be an OCRINT member (see here to sign up), and you must register in order to attend.

This year, OCRINT is also accepting submissions from members to propose a 5-7 minute presentation highlighting your research/work to be presented at the syposium. Presentations should be about a community-based research project that you/your team/organization have been working on. Please send an abstract (no more than 500 words) to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Wednesday, August 7th, 2019. A review committee will screen abstracts and determine which presentations will be accepted, and will notify the applicants no later than August 21st, 2019.
